Personal 365 Project | Week 18 - Ramstein Family Photographer
I am challenging myself to document the authentic, in-between moments for my family. This is what our 2017 looks like . . .
We went on a family bike ride and then decided to go to our favorite eis café in Shonenberg. When we got there we found a sad little note stating that after 15 years, they were forced to close their doors for good. Henry – your craving for caramel spaghetti eis was unaffected by the news, so we headed off to find another café.
May 1 I bought umbrellas for both of you before school started last fall and in all that time you never used them. Today, a few sprinkles inspired you to get them out – though of course, as soon as you did, the rain stopped.
May 2 We had a local artist create a watercolor piece based on a picture I took. At Anna’s request she added bunnies!
Henry - you were up early for school today and asked to go play in the fog. You reported that it was just like a cloud and required a full wardrobe change before school because you’d managed to get quite wet.
I noticed this synchronized backpack adjustment yesterday but of course didn’t have a camera – this morning I was ready!
May 6 My sweet, sweet boy is always tough at tournament time.
